On-site registration

For registrations after September 10, 2014, the on-site registration fees are applicable.

Please note that participants who would like to only register on-site are advised to arrive early. On-site registration does not necessarily entitle the participants to receive all congress materials. On-site registration will be handled upon a first-come, first-served basis, priority will be given to pre-registered delegates.

* Applicants must be under 40 years of age and a certificate from the supervisor or head of department must be forwarded together with the registration.

Payment & cancellation


When registering for UEG Week 2014, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in Euro. You can choose between two forms of payment, either credit card payment or bank transfer. We strongly recommend the credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin and a second time in the target country.

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of registration at the congress counter when picking up your congress material. 


In the event that the attendance at the congress is cancelled by May 15, 2014, the registration fee minus a processing fee of 25% will be refunded. The attendee will have the option to prove that the expenditure for processing is less than 25% of the registration fee. No refund will be made if the registration is cancelled at a later date. Please notify the conference office of your cancellation in writing.

If you order registration vouchers with full pre-payment by May 30, 2014 you can take advantage of the early registration fees. Further information about the online submission will be sent out by end of May 2014. No refund will be granted for the cancellation of registration vouchers.

Name changes
Name changes can be made free of charge until September 3, 2014. After this date, the costs per name change are € 25. This amount has to be settled immediately by credit card.
