Association Meetings

We offer the possibility to host meetings on the occasion of UEG Week, providing a unique opportunity to discuss your own topics and interests.

There is a limited amount of rooms available and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Terms and conditions are dependent on the type of meeting you are hosting.

 

 

Business meetings - attendance by invitation only

These meetings allow UEG Member Societies to hold their Assemblies & Governing Board Meetings.

Meeting rooms are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance by invitation only.
If you are interested in organising a business meeting, please follow these steps:

  • Please contact the UEG Secretariat to receive the application form (find full contact details below). 
  • Return the completed form until Friday, September 7, 2018 at the latest. 
  • If you would like the meeting to be listed in the printed final programme, details including date, times and meeting name need to be submitted to UEG by Thursday, August 16, 2018.

Common interest group meetings - open to all delegates

These meetings are open to all UEG Week delegates. One society may organise up to two CIG meetings, depending on availability. All CIG meetings need to be approved in advance by the Scientific Committee Chair. These meetings may have a maximum duration of 180 min and take place

  • throughout the day on Saturday and on Sunday,
  • outside of the core scientific programme on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

If you are interested in organising a CIG meeting, please follow these steps:

  • Please contact the UEG Secretariat to receive the application form (find full contact details below).
  • Return the completed form by Friday, August 3, 2018 at the latest.
  • For the printed final programme, details including times, meeting name and a short description of the programme (max. 50 words) need to be submitted to UEG by Thursday, August 16, 2018.
